New Requirements for 2025-2026
For the 2025-2026 school year, we have updated our residency and registration processes to better serve our school community. We collect residency documentation for registration to ensure compliance with Illinois state laws and district policies, which require that only students residing within the district boundaries receive educational services. This process helps maintain equitable access to district resources by verifying that students are eligible to attend our schools based on their legal residency. Additionally, implementing residency verification strengthens accountability and supports accurate enrollment data, ensuring the district allocates funding and resources effectively. This verification is required for your student's ongoing enrollment to occur without interruption.
All students who will be transitioning from 5th to 6th grade or from 8th to 9th grade must confirm your student’s eligibility for enrollment at SD308. It is required for you to provide updated residency documentation verifying your current residency within our district boundaries. When completing returning student registration, you must upload the following documents below:
- A current copy of your Mortgage/Tax bill or Lease (within the last 60 days)
- A current utility bill (within the last 60 days)
If you do not provide the required documents, your student(s) enrollment will be ended as of 05/23/2025 and will be impacted for the upcoming school year..
Residency Affidavits
For families who registered students in School 糖心vlog视频 308 by providing proof of residency with the use of a residency affidavit for the 2024-2025 school year, affidavits must be updated annually before enrollment can be granted for the upcoming school year. You can expedite the renewal process by uploading the required documents to your student’s returning student registration in advance.
Additional information regarding the residency renewal affidavit process and the dates of our in-person renewal events will be communicated directly from your student’s current school in April.
